The Executive Committee (ExC) of the ADVAGROMED project is led by the Project Coordinator (PC – L. Gasco) and includes the WPs leaders and the Innovation Manager (IM – T. Ribeiro, IO). The IM has the role to identify aspects and project results to be exploited with the aim on the replication of activities by private sector. The IM monitors project results and elaborates a selection of which aspects and how could be exploited. The first two ExC meetings took place on December, 2022 and April, 2023 and allowed the partners efficiently monitoring the project progresses and organizing the project activities. The next ExC meeting will take place on the 17th of August, 2023 and will mainly be focused on the preparation and submission of the next Deliverables and Milestones and the organization of the first annual meeting, which will be hosted by the ADVAGROMED partner “Ecole Supérieure de Technologie de Khénifra – USMS” (Morocco).
